5 Favorite Fictional Couples I Ship

Happy Friday, folks! Also, happy Friday the 13th, which falls right before Valentine's Day! Isn't that something? I feel like that should be some sort of dark premonition leading up to a day that's supposed to represent love and romance . . . Hmm . . . Well, too late to worry about that now! Time to talk about fictional couples that have captured my heart and who have brought out the ultimate response in me: "I ship it!" XD

#1: America Singer & Maxon Schreave from The Selection Series by Kiera Cass! My favorite fictional couple from my favorite YA book series. For the record, anybody that enjoys YA books and hasn't picked up The Selection yet, what are you doing with your life? Seriously? I'm not much of a re-reader, but I have read the first book in this series 5 times. I've only read The Elite 2 or 3 because it's not my favorite in the series, and I've read The One twice now, but I expect these numbers to rise before the 4th book comes out in May. These two are such an adorable couple!! *insert fangirl squeal here*

#2: Cath & Levi from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell! Apparently it's YA couples that provide the most feels XD Coming from somebody who also faces issues with anxiety and social awkwardness, I related quite a bit with Cath from Fangirl. Replace her writing fanfiction with my online roleplaying and we can relate even further XD Levi is a sweet guy that accepts her for her social inadequacies, plus they're generally just so cute together. If Fangirl ever gets optioned to be a film, I'll be the first in line.

#3: InuYasha & Kagome from InuYasha! With all that these two go through (and for a number of seasons and films), I know in my heart that these two just HAVE to end up together! I haven't seen all of InuYasha yet - many of the episodes, all the films, and I own the first 3 seasons, but I haven't watched the Final Act yet. I'm hoping that everything gets resolved, and that there will be some semblance of Happily Ever After for these two. And, more than anything, I hope that bitch Kikyo finally dies! XDD

#4: Lizzie & Darcy from The Lizzie Bennet Diaries! No matter how many years it's been since the series ended, these two will always have a special place in my heart :) As cute as Emma and Alex are, especially since the lead actors from Emma Approved are a couple in real life, before Emma won my heart there was Lizzie with her costume theater and her amazing friends and family and I was there on D-Day to see Darcy's face for the first time, and these two will always be a part of me now <3 p="">

#5: Anastasia & Dimitri from Anastasia! For the longest time, Anastasia was my favorite Disney movie . . . until I figured out that it wasn't actually a Disney movie but was made by 20th Century Fox XD It's really fun how these two start off by antagonizing each other but then end up eventually falling in love, and it's adorable and the movie's filled with sweet and catchy songs XD These two will always be a favorite of mine, even if Anastasia isn't a Disney princess :P
