Happy Wednesday, folks! I hope everybody is enjoying their November so far. While this autumn weather is nice, and Christmas being right around the corner is certainly something to look forward to, this can be a month that might be a little lacking in excitement. But that leaves plenty of time to get some things done that I've been putting off - perhaps getting a job so I can work on affording some of these things on my list XD But first thing's first, save up to buy Christmas presents! :P
#1: "Don't Dream It" Rocky Horror T-Shirt Design from Emilie_B on TeeFury! I adore this t-shirt design so much! It comes in a few different colours, but I think the purple looks best. Not only does it feature all of the amazing Rocky Horror Picture Show characters at their best, but it also displays one of the best messages that the story has to convey: Don't Dream It - Be It!
#2: I WANT TO LIVE THERE!!!!! This beautiful scenery that you're looking at here belongs in an area on the coast of Italy known as thr Cinque Terre. There are these 5 towns/villages that are gorgeous and remote, and because of their layout right on the cliffs, you can't even drive cars within these areas; you have to drive to the outskirts and then take the train in to get to one of these five areas that make up the Cinque Terre. You can also travel between these areas via train and it takes less than 5 minutes to get from one point to the other. This place in incredibly beautiful, and I would love to live somewhere remote like this for part of the year.
#3: Evil Baby Orphanage Card Game! I have my friend Mellie to thank for telling me about this little treasure. So the premise of this game, from what I've been told, is that you're an employee at the Evil Baby Orphanage, and you're supposed to give the baby's certain items to appease them so that their evil won't be unleashed on the rest of the world. It sounds like it would be pretty fun to play, and I may have to look into finding myself a copy.
#4: More Conventions to be Happening Near Me RIGHT NOW! I recently started dating someone that hasn't been to any conventions before, and I am just dying to show him the ropes, and help him to experience just how fun the convention-going experience can be. I want to drag him around Anime North, and Niagara Falls Comic Con, and Fan Expo . . . But all of those are happening in the spring and summer! XP I'm really wishing that a convention could pop up somewhere within driving distance in the next month so that we could make a fun, nerdy trip of it.
#5: Foxy Plushie from Five Nights at Freddy's 4! I've never been a big fan of scary movies, and especially not scary games, but a while back my girlfriends had me over at their place and we watched Markiplier play through the first Five Nights at Freddy's game. Let me tell you, I have not screamed like that any time in my life before that night XD Even with the inescapable fear of all of the jump scares, I was simultaneously hooked on finding out more about the lore and about watching more playthroughs - plus Markiplier is pretty hilarious. This cute Foxy plushie is present in the 4th installment of this indie game series, and even if the full-sized Foxy terrifies me to my very core, the plushie is freaking adorable and I want it!
